April 15 – Children’s Home Visit & Donations (Coast)
FLA Kenya members will visit a children’s home, donate essential supplies, and spend time mentoring and interacting with the children
June 5 – World Environment Day – Nationwide Tree Planting Challenge
To mark World Environment Day, FLA Kenya will organize a nationwide tree-planting initiative to promote sustainability and climate action.
July 12 – FLA Talent Showcase
A platform for young people to display their talents in music, poetry, dance, art, and innovation, promoting cultural diversity and creativity.
September 28 – Children’s Home Visit & Donation Drive (Central Region)
An initiative to support orphans and vulnerable children through donations, mentorship, and fun activities.
October 18 – Prison Visit & Reintegration Talks
A program focused on rehabilitating young offenders by offering mentorship, career guidance, and reintegration support.
November 9 – Final Tree Planting Drive for the Year (Nationwide)
Closing the year’s environmental initiatives with one last tree-planting activity to enhance green spaces across the country.

September 22 – Young Entrepreneurs Pitching Forum (Online)
A platform for young entrepreneurs to present their business ideas, receive expert feedback, and gain access to funding opportunities.
Building Financially Independent and Career-Ready Youth
By providing entrepreneurship training, career development programs, and networking opportunities, FLA Kenya supports young people in achieving financial independence and sustainable livelihoods.

An official event where all newly elected and appointed leaders in FLA Kenya take their oaths of office

An intensive leadership training session aimed at equipping county leaders with governance and leadership skills.
July 6 – University Visits – Engaging FLA Leaders (Western Region)
A campus-based engagement where FLA Kenya leaders interact with university students, promoting leadership and governance participation.

A nationwide event celebrating young leaders, featuring mentorship sessions, networking, and youth policy discussions.
November 15 – Annual General Meeting (Nairobi) – Review of 2025 & Setting the 2026 Agenda
A strategic meeting to review the organization’s progress in 2025 and plan for the upcoming year.

An interactive online forum where members, partners, and stakeholders discuss youth priorities for 2026.
Empowering Youth for Leadership and Governance
We equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to take up leadership roles, influence governance, and actively participate in decision-making at all levels.
March 8 – International Women’s Day – Pad Drive & Empowerment Talks (Nationwide)
A nationwide campaign providing sanitary pads to young girls and hosting empowerment discussions to encourage women in leadership.
August 24 – Pad Drive in Marginalized Areas (North Eastern & Coastal Regions)
Extending support to marginalized communities by providing sanitary products and mentorship sessions on health and education.
May 17 – Women in Leadership Workshop
A training event focused on equipping young women with leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
May 12 – Pad Drive in Rural Schools (Nyanza Region)
A targeted initiative to support school-going girls in rural areas by ensuring they have access to menstrual hygiene products.
October 25 – Pad Drive in High Schools (Western Region)
A menstrual health awareness campaign in high schools, coupled with leadership mentorship sessions for young girls.
